Dave Webb

Owner/Managing Partner

Dave is a dedicated ex-Air Force aviator who has successfully transitioned from military service to a thriving career as a defense contractor, and now as a legacy investor in commercial real estate. With 8 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, he developed exceptional skills in leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving, all of which have become foundational elements of his professional journey.

 

Following his military career, Dave ventured into the defense contracting sector, where he honed his expertise in project management and innovation. This experience not only deepened his understanding of complex systems but also instilled a strong commitment to supporting the men and women who serve our country.

Today, as a commercial real estate legacy investor, Dave focuses on creating sustainable, impactful investments that benefit communities and leave a lasting legacy. He is particularly passionate about initiatives that support veterans, believing in the importance of giving back to those who have served. Dave also actively seeks opportunities to mentor aspiring investors and provide educational resources, ensuring that others have the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in commercial real estate.

 

In addition to his professional endeavors, Dave enjoys spending time with family, running, being in nature, and lighting up his neighborhood with a customized holiday light show.

Melissa Webb

Owner/Managing Parter

After dedicating years to raising a family, Melissa works part-time as a traffic engineer and strives to improve mobility and enhance the efficiency of transportation systems throughout the Pacific Northwest.

 

Now, as a commercial real estate investor, she focuses on creating opportunities that benefit both investors and the communities in which they operate. Her approach emphasizes building strong relationships—whether with clients, partners, or community members—believing that integrity, trust and collaboration are key to successful ventures. With a passion for relationships and a genuine desire to help others succeed, Melissa is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world of commercial real estate.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with family, being a personal Uber driver for her activity-oriented teenager, planning her next Disney trip, and watching The Great British Baking Show.

Eric Upchurch

Eric Upchurch is an Army Special Operations veteran who has a passion for educating the military community on how to create long term wealth through real estate investing. He has invested in thousands of multifamily, storage, mobile home park and student housing units as a General Partner over the last decade with involvement in sourcing, capital raise, risk capital, asset management, investor relations and as Key Principal.

While serving our nation, Eric completed 5 combat deployments, and earned a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Science all while managing a 27-man squad, deployed around the globe.

Eric now serves as Co-Founder of Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) and as Chair of National Fundraising for non-profit, Veterans Community Project.

 

Eric’s portfolio and related experience includes being  a General Partner in 4,809 units; Limited Partner in 4,621 units, totaling  over $165M ​in multifamily and storage assets.

Eric and his team have partnered with Veterans Community Project (VCP)  to build tiny homes for homeless veterans. The platinum-rated non-profit builds permanent structures in these communities with the aim to end veteran homelessness this decade!

 

Eric resides in California with his wife of 19 years and two boys.

Rod's experience involves both remarkable triumphs, and spectacular failures, which he affectionately calls "seminars:' Rod will explain the mindset required to recover from losing $50 million dollars in the crash of 2008 to the success he enjoys today. Rod brings incredible authenticity and insight to his approach to real estate, mindset, success

and life. Rod can talk about Real estate, the psychology of success, and any business topic in great depth, contributing incredible first-hand, technical, and motivational knowledge and skills to the conversation.

 

Rod also founded The Tiny Hands Foundation, which has benefited more than 130,000 children in need.
